2005-2006: Tennessee Tech University (12 GP): JB came off the bench to play in 12 games as a freshman in 2005-06...saw 17minutes against Bluefield College(Nov.22) and scored eight points while coming up with five steals…had a perfect night shooting the ball against Brevard (Nov.19) for six points.

2006-2007: Tennessee Tech University: (22GP): JB earned playing time in 22 games as a Sophomore, including a career high 20 minutes against Central Florida during the San Juan Shootout…proved to be a capable performer as backup to Tech’s talented all conference duo of Anthony Fisher and Belton Rivers. He has excellent quickness and an aggressive style of play and a knack for making steals.

2007-2008: Tennessee Tech University: (13GP): JB played in 13 out of 17 games his junior season. One of those 17 games was against defending National Champion University of Florida. JB decided to transfer to Pikeville College to continue his playing career so he did not finish the season with the team but remain in good standing with the coaches.

2008-2009: Pikeville College:
JB led Pikeville Bears to a 20 win season. He guarded the best perimeter player on opposing teams, and Ranked #3 in spg. When one of the Bears leading scorers was dismiss from the team midseason , JB increased his scoring and rebound average to keep the Bears going in there winning ways. Avg. 14 ppg ,4.48 rpg ,3 stls and 2 assists a game in conference play.

2009 -2010: Georgia Prowl:
JB signed to play for the Georgia Prowl of the America Basketball Association(ABA) November 24, 2010. JB is expected to be a key contributor for the team this season.
