2010 TPBL Texas Hurricanes Seeking Players:

''I'm trying to balance out my team so that we can make a strong start January 9, 2010 and build a strong second string coming off the bench,'' say's GM and Head Coach Davis.

If you are a player in the DFW area and currently seeking a team, the Texas Hurricanes is currently seeking a power forward and center for their 2010 TPBL Hurricanes Roster.

CURRENT OPEN POSITIONS:
Power Forward - Description
Play’s a role similar to that of center and is asked to play more of a scoring role and somewhat less of a defensive role than a center.

Requirements
• Height: 6'4" - 6'8" or taller
• Weight: Proportionate with height
• Athletic Build
• Must possess the size along with athleticism and skill of a talented forward
• Player profile, picture and video (optional)
• Available for ALL practices and games
• Prior playing experience (college, pro, pro-am, minor league, etc.) other than recreational

Center - Description
Normally the tallest player on the team, and they are generally preferred to have a great deal of muscle and body mass as well as size to score and defend from a position close to the basket.

Requirements
• Height: 6'8" or taller
• Weight: Proportionate with height
• Athletic Build
• Must possess the size along with athleticism and skill of a talented center
• Player profile, picture and video (optional)
• Available for ALL practices and games
• Prior playing experience (college, pro, pro-am, minor league, etc.) other than recreational
