Trainer and Physical therapist asking Quick his process through the physical therapy after the ACI procedure. Going through excessive hours of training. "I'm getting stronger than I was before the surgery. This is what I've needed since playing sports in high school. The pain I believe whats been holding me back to perform like I want. I was the type of player that hate to see the doctor. I just used to play with the pain then numb it with prescription drugs and get up the next day and play again but it was making everything worse which caused the torn ACL. But I'm actually glad that I've went with the procedure. I'm actually feeling the difference and the strength back in my knee.", said Aaron. Watching Aaron going through the tough exercises twice everyday through the week I've spent with him and trainers, is causing a faster recovery. "Going through the procedure has made me a better a player. Lately I've been more focus and dedicated than I've ever was. Going through the training has been very tough emotionally, mentally, and physically. But overall, It has made me tougher. This is just my beginning, my start over.
